Symptoms

Unable to see entity structures in SmartView for 11.1.2.2.301 of Strategic Finance/Planning. There are no errors. When connecting via "Shared Connections" to "Strategic Planning", it only displays a white screen. If you use "Private Connections", you are able to reach the HSF Database, but cannot see any entities.
