Lifecycle Management (LCM) Import Fails at Exactly Five Minutes when IIS 7.0 is used as the Web Server and Status Shows "Message Type: Error Message: Cause of failure unavailable" (Doc ID 1584550.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform the Lifecycle Management (LCM) import of applications, the LCM import fails after 5 minutes.

The LCM Migration Status Report Shows the following message:

"Message Type: Error Message: Cause of failure unavailable".

and the following error is seen in the SharedServices_LCM.log:

"ERROR:
[FoundationServices0] [ERROR] [EPMLCM-30053] [oracle.EPMLCM] [tid: 28] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid: 0000K0dkG1l9TcL5qRt1iY1HrHCw0005P1,0] [SRC_CLASS: ?] [APP: SHAREDSERVICES#11.1.2.0] [SRC_METHOD: ?:?] Failed to connect to "http://ABCD.XYZ.COM:80/HyperionPlanning/servlet/HspLCMServlet" while performing explore/listing for application - "XYZ". Received status code - "500" with error message - "Internal Server Error". Possible cause of error Server Down or Not reachable."
