Symptoms

While running an Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 11.1.1.7 dashboard on an Exalytics server, a query based on a TimesTen data source fails with the following errors:

[nQSError: 16002] Cannot obtain number of columns for the query result. [[
[nQSError: 16001] ODBC error state: S1000 code: 4053 message:
