OBIEE 11g: Error: 'incident 311 created with problem key "DFW-99998 [java.io.EOFException][oracle.security.jps.ee.http.JpsAbsFilter$1.run][analytics]". when you Export a Pivot Table to PDF Export (Doc ID 1615687.1)

Symptoms

You have a pivot view in OBIEE 11g with a total column set the the after position.  If you try and export the view to PDF, the OBIEE server generates a core dump.  You see the following error in biserver.log:

incident 311 created with problem key "DFW-99998 [java.io.EOFException][oracle.security.jps.ee.http.JpsAbsFilter$1.run][analytics]"

When the total column is set to the before position, the export works fine. Similarly, exporting to other formats does not cause the problem.
