User Status as Active in Essbase Even After Deactivated in Hyperion Shared Services (Doc ID 1639172.1)

Symptoms

Created new Users in Shared Services, but some users are inactive. After deactivating the Users in Shared Services, still it is showing as User Status as Active in Essbase and showing the Error message "User@Native Directory does not exist"
