Symptoms
When configuring the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Reporting and Analysis (R&A) Web and Database on the same machine, the R&A configuration fails returning error: "Process re-registration Script Fails".
If reconfigure is done, the R&A shows a RED X next to it and continues to fail on every attempt.
Changes
This issue was reported following an upgrade from 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.3.
