Symptoms
When trying to create a new HFM Classic application in a newly installed environment, the creation fails with the following error message in the HsvEventLog.log:
"[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied. "
MSSQL is clustered and encryption enabled.
In the 'Create application' dialog box, when trying to display the list of Shared Services project, the list is empty.
