Symptoms

After upgrade or PSU, this error is seen in the sample Client command prompt output:
An exception was raised during the processing:
javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: Could not determine wsdl ports.
OTHER_ERROR: Failed to read WSDL from http://localhost:19000/profitability/Profi
tabilityService?WSDL:WSDL not found
