Symptoms

Unable to start BSO application.  The application log shows the following errors:

[Tue Apr 22 11:51:30 2014]Local/xx///140450856625904/Error(1270005)
Fatal error: invalid page encountered in aggregate storage file at location [0001.0001.00000002]

[Tue Apr 22 11:51:30 2014]Local/xx///140450856625904/Error(1270071)
Page ID [CFCF.CFCF.CFCFCFCF] in the page header doesn't match page location [0001.0001.00000002]
