Unable to connect to Essbase server.

No Essbase.exe process running.

"opmnctl status" returns "opmn not started"

"opmnctl startall" returns "unexpected exit: code 2 opmnctl start: opmn failed to start"

Error messages similar to the one found in Doc ID 1354553.1.

The hosts file was modified.
