Symptoms

When running epmsys_registry.bat file to generate a report the following error message is shown:

D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\bin>epmsys_registry.bat

File location D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\diagnostics\reports
Logging configuration class "oracle.core.ojdl.logging.LoggingConfiguration" failed
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.core.ojdl.logging.LoggingConfiguration
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/dms/context/EecutionContext
