Calculation Manager Does Not Work in SSL Environment After Applying Maintenance Release

After connecting to Workspace via SSL, it is not possible to access Calc Manager. Selecting Calc Manager causes the following error:

Server error in Application "DEFAULT WEB SITE"
HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

If Workspace is accessed in non-SSL mode then Calc Manager can be accessed.
