Symptoms

The following error occurs when attempting to use LifeCycle Management (LCM) to export Relational Data > Text Values for Planning application:

EPMLCM-14000: Error reported from Hyperion Planning.
/Relational Data/Text Values:- Import/Export operation failed. LifeCycle Management is unable to retrieve error details.
