HFM Option "Show Description" Always Displays Italian Description in the POV Bar When Language Setting is Japanese

Symptoms
"Show Description" of Point of View (POV) option in data grids, data forms or journals always displays Italian description in the POV bar when the language setting is Japanese. The descriptions in member selection screen or the grid rows and columns are displayed by the expected language. and if your metadata hasn't Italian description, only labels are displayed.
The language setting is set to Japanese in the following settings:
- "Default Language for Descriptions" setting for target application in Workspace > File > Preferences > Consolidation
- Language setting of web browser
