OBIEE 11g - "Require user input" Option is Not Set After Upgrading Catalog From 10g to 11g

Symptoms
- In 10g, "Allow use to skip the prompt" option is unchecked in the Column filter Prompt Properties of answers prompts.
- (This is default setting and the prompt is a mandatory.)
- After upgrading catalog from 10g to 11g, "Require user input" option is not checked in the upgraded prompts.
- The mandatory setting of prompts of 10g are not migrated to upgraded 11g prompts.
