Symptoms

Financial Reporting (FR) Web Application crashes with error "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: getNewTla" in FinancialReporting0.log file. FinancialReporting0 displays "SHUTDOWN" status in Weblogic Admin Console.

Executing command: ./startManagedWebLogic.sh FinancialReporting0, returns the following error:

Could not obtain an exclusive lock for the directory: <oracle_home>/product/EPM/Middleware/user_projects/domains/EPMSYSTEM/servers/FinancialReporting0/data/ldap/ldapfiles because another another Weblogic Server is already using this directory.
