Symptoms

When running an Open Interface data load from Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) it is failing with the following error in the ErpIntegrator0.log and the ODI Operator log on the 'Launch GL Load Balances Data' step of the COMM_LOAD_BALANCES scenario:

ODI-1241: Oracle Data Integrator tool execution fails.
Caused By: com.sunopsis.sql.SnpsMissingParametersException: ODI-30058: -SCEN_NAME parameter is mandatory.
