Public Service Elocation_mercator.world_map Misaligned after patching to OBI 11.1.1.7.141014

Symptoms
You have patched OBIEE to version 11.1.1.7.141014 from 11.1.1.7.140114 , however after this the on running the reports the mapviewer tile layer (background map) has changed with the new patchset.
Using MapViewer Version 1_1_1_7_1_B130528,maps aligned fine with the Oracle Maps tile layer. However, after applying the OBI 11.1.1.7.141014 patchset and still running MapViewer Version 11_1_1_7_1_B130528, the maps created are no longer matching the Oracle Maps tile layer.
The issue still exists even after clearing all the caches, deleting and recreating the maps with the SRID's that have used before.
