Symptoms

Getting below error when launching Essbase Administration Services (EAS) web console with compatible JRE version in Internet Explorer.

"Application Error:Unable to launch application.

Details : com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: http://<servername>:10080/easconsole/eas_client.jar"

Java Console Error - java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: port out of range:-1
