Financial Reporting (FR) Related Content Error 2019 (The Server Could Not Be Contacted) (Doc ID 2005437.1)

Symptoms

When trying to make a Related Content connection, a folder in the Related Content window of Financial Reporting Studio is displayed.

When selected this error is generated:

•ErrorNumber: 2019
•ErrorMessage: Unable to connect to http://<servername>:8200/raframework/browse/listXML?sso_token=

The server could not be contacted.
 

Changes

FR patch 11.1.2.3.508 had been installed.
