Symptoms

You're running an FR report in Workspace but the report fails with one or more of these errors: "Error Executing Query", "Dimension not found", "Unknown member name [XXXX] in Outline Query" (where XXXX refers to the name of a metadata member in the relevant Essbase/Planning application).
