OBIEE 11.1.1.7.x: Filter Search Does Not Shows More Than 1-256+ More In The First Attempt

Symptoms
You are trying to create a filter and then trying to search for more option using the search button.
It initially displays first 256 values upon click more nothing happens and the 1-256+ More changes to 1-256.
Now, if you manually search for some value by unchecking the match case, it shows the value that is beyond the 256th value.
Upon cancelling this and searching again.It again displays 1-256+ More and if you click on more it displays all the values.

On the select value page click on More button next to 1-256+ at the bottom
Upon clicking More the + button and More button Disappears and the last value is still Airgas
