STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch EPM workspace url and enter login credentials
2. Select Navigate > Administer > Data Management
3. On the Workflow tab, under Data Load, select Data Load Rule.
4. Select the data load rule and execute it
