Symptoms
Error pops up when trying to run a security report in Shared Services in the 11.1.2.3.700 and till 11.1.2.4 version.
gives "Error 403 forbidden" while using IE -11
however in version 11.1.2.3.700 works with IE-8 in shared services !
and the same thing does not work while accessing with IE-11 browser .
