Financial Reporting (FR) Report Exported to Excel as Fully Formatted, the Grids and Text Replace Dash "-" with 0 (zero) in Excel Spreadsheet (Doc ID 2044964.1)

Symptoms

You have a FR report in which a column and/or row has blank values, for example, "No Data".

In the report's Grid Properties box, "No Data" is replaced with a dash "-".

In Workspace, you perform HTML Preview on the report.  Next, you click on the active link "Fully Formatted Grids and Texts".  When the report is exported to Excel, the dash(-) symbol is replaced by "0" in the Excel spreadsheet. 

Changes

 You have already applied Patch 19570230 (Patch Set Update: 11.1.2.3.503 for Oracle Hyperion Reporting and Analysis Financial Reporting Release 11.1.2.3.500) or higher on Financial Reporting Web Application server.
