Symptoms
When cells are set to "ReadOnly" in a Hyperion Financial Management web data entry form(WDEF), numerical values are controlled not to be able to enter as expected but cell texts can be entered as follows:
On 11.1.2.1:
Cell texts can be entered directly.
On 11.1.2.2 and later:
Cell texts cannot be entered directly but can enter through the cell text editor.
