Multiple Check Processes Run At The Same Time Does Not Get Completed Properly And Check Report Is Blank

Symptoms
When multiple check processes are run in parallel, the workspace becomes blank and unresponsive for some 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the "Check process" is shown gold fish but the check report is empty or blank. In this case, no records are written to TDATACHECK table.
In some cases the check report does not pop up. It is blank even if it is run manually from "Report Execution" screen.
This issue does not appear if a single check process is run. It happens when multiple check processes are run at the same time for different locations.
