FAQ: Why Does The start.sh | stop.sh | status.sh Script Run Slow?

Goal
You have installed Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) 12c or Oracle Analytics Server on Linux x86_64.
You observe the when running [DOMAIN_HOME]/bitools/bin/status.sh, it takes a long amount of time run.
You may also observe that the managed server (bi_server1, bi_server2, biserverN..) takes a long amount of time to start.
How can I remedy this?
