Some Users Can Not Login to OBIEE 11g While All Others Login Fine Getting Errors "<BEA-000000>" "<LDAP Atn Abort> " (Doc ID 2093072.1)

Symptoms

Some users can not login to the OBIEE/OBIA application while all others login fine.  

The login fails and the following error occurs in the logs:

From the logs, it seems eventually, the user is authenticated and the LDAP passes over the user's roles; however, Weblogic suddenly abort all that after looping the validation of their roles. Here is the error message.
