Symptoms

You've loaded several reconciliations and profiles into a new setup of ARM.  You wish to auto-reconcile them using the balance tolerance parameter (i.e., recs will be closed if the difference between its source system value and subsystem value is within an indicated range).  When you run the auto-reconcile command, nothing changes.  No errors or messages appear, and the UI is unchanged.
