Symptoms
Errors logging into MaxL with Provider Services URL
MaxL shell launches but when login command is entered using Provider Services URL following error occurs.
- ERROR - 103 - Unexpected Essbase error 1040047.
- ERROR - 1030047 - Invalid start tag found in the response string while looking for [].
Changes
- Users are able to connect to EAS with the same accounts and see all applications successfully so the issue is not with the provisioning of the accounts.
- Users are using the same accounts that have worked for them in the past
No changes were done to the system (no patching, no recent restart)
