Trying to apply Patch 11.1.2.4.002: Release 11.1.2.4.002 Patch Set Exception (PSE): 22886817

In the Opatch Log the following file shows as active:

[Apr 12, 2016 11:48:34 AM] Following files are active :
D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\hsf\bin-64\HSFServer.exe
D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\hsf\bin-64\HSFServer.exe
[Apr 12, 2016 11:48:34 AM] Prerequisite check "CheckActiveFilesAndExecutables" failed.
The details are:

Following files are active :
D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\hsf\bin-64\HSFServer.exe
D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\hsf\bin-64\HSFServer.exe

The file cannot be seen running in services.

Attempting to rename the HSFServer.exe results in a message saying it is being used by the DHCP Client.

Attempting to stop the DHCP Client Service and then trying to rename the HSFServer.exe, results in a message saying it is being used by the event logs.

Changes

 Trying to patch 11.1.2.4.00 with current PSU.
