Symptoms
ARM validation failing with the following error:
at weblogic.work.ExecuteThread.run(ExecuteThread.java:221)
Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: t3://<BAD_SERVER_NAME>:8001/soa-infra: Destination unreachable; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect; No available router to destination
at weblogic.rjvm.RJVMFinder.findOrCreateInternal(RJVMFinder.java:216)
at weblogic.rjvm.RJVMFinder.findOrCreate(RJVMFinder.java:170)
SOA Composites on the Validation Page also show as 'Red', or not being found.
