1. On Premise version of Financial Reporting hosted on Public Cloud.
2. SSL-enabled environment.
Symptoms
You have recently downloaded Fusion Financial Reporting (FR) Studio from EPM Workspace and installed it on a client machine. Your login attempts fail with the following error message: "You are not authorized to use this functionality. Contact your administrator."
Trace-level entries in FRClientLogging.log file show the following "Bad Certificate" related error message:
