You're experiencing an issue with one or more ARM users' accounts and wish to reset their user settings. In Financial Close Management (FCM) versions prior to, the GUI did not offer any way to achieve this task. In more recent versions, administrators can use the Clear Settings button (under Manage Users, select affected user, click Edit).
