OBIEE 12c: Unable To Authenticate The Embedded LDAP 'weblogic' User After Configuring MSAD (Doc ID 2135130.1)

After successfully configuring MSAD as an external Provider, you are not able to login to OBIEE using the embedded LDAP user 'weblogic'.

Other LDAP users Can connect, just not the weblogic user.

Logging to WLS console and enterprise manager is just working fine.
Below is the error message in bi_server1-diagnostic.log
