ESSBASE:"Network error [10054]" When Running a MaxL Script that Aggregates the Database (Doc ID 2144493.1)

Symptoms

A MaxL script that runs a calc script on the Essbase server will intermittently fail.  The calculation completes but the MaxL script does not run the subsequent commands.  MaxL does not report any errors but the Essbase application log has the following errors:

[Tue Apr 26 05:19:04 2016]Local/{Appname}/{Dbname}/admin@Native Directory/6164/Error(1042013)
Network error [10054]: Cannot Receive Data

[Tue Apr 26 05:19:04 2016]Local/{Appname}/{Dbname}/admin@Native Directory/6164/Error(1013295)
Server Request Fails with error code [1042013]

[Tue Apr 26 05:19:04 2016]Local/{Appname}/{Dbname}/admin@Native Directory/6164/Error(1042012)
Network error [10054]: Cannot Send Data
