Symptoms

You're testing the validation of your ARM configuration.  The environment was set up some time ago and is running without incident.  You have logged into the following URL:

http://<FCMHOST>:<FCMPORT>/arm/faces/oracle/apps/epm/arm/ui/page/common/ARMValidation.jspx

You login with Shared Services credentials, then you click "Validate Account Reconciliation Manager configuration".  You then click "Validate Test Scheduler", but the resulting page shows an error for the "Scheduler for Period" validation item: "Scheduler is not started for the Period." "Business Event Configuration is invalid. Verify Business Events configuration."

Changes

The SOA service was recently restarted, and the SOA configuration may have been modified.
