Symptoms
You have an FR report which contains some negative values that round to zero. For example, the value is set to -0.40, but number formatting for the report rounds this value to 0.0. FR then does not interpret the value as negative because the rounded number is simply represented as 0.0. The "Display in Red" feature for negative numbers is not activated in these situations.
