Symptoms

You've recently modified the administrator passwords for EPM and for Weblogic. Now, the FCM and ARM Validation processes fail with the following error:

"Couldn't create JMX Connection. Possible reasons could be:
1. Admin Server is down. Please start Admin Server
2. Improper Admin Server details in EPM Registry. Please contact Oracle Support."
