"Invalid User ID" Message Displays In Reconciliations After User Account Deleted (Doc ID 2166258.1)

Symptoms

1. After deleting an Active Directory user account, the message "Invalid User ID" appears in the Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) Profile list view for account ID in reconciliations.
2. A native user ID is provisioned to a reconciliation. Reconciliation is performed and closed by this user ID. After deleting native user ID, the closed reconciliation displays "null null" for Preparer.

Changes

You've recently upgraded FCM/ARM from 11.1.2.3.500 to 11.1.2.4.000.
