New installation of HSF.
Trying to launch the HSF Administrator on the HSF Server on Windows 2012 64 bit Server.

Symptoms

After launching the HSF Server Administrator on the HSF Server, the following error message appears:

"HSFAdmin.exe - Application error The application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b). Click ok to close this application 11.1.2.4.002".

Changes

 New installation of HSF.
