Symptoms



Below error occurs for one Planning App. Security refresh does not complete few users

EPMLCM-14000: Error reported from Hyperion Planning.
/Configuration/User Preferences:- Errors occurred during synchronization: [An error occurred while adding user to Essbase.]
/Relational Data/Planning Units:- Import failed. Total - 288, Failed - 1. Cause: Unknown
/Security/Access Permissions/Users:- Errors occurred during synchronization: [An error occurred while adding user to Essbase.]


The issue can be reproduced at will when a security refresh is executed.
Due to this issue, users cannot see the data forms as the filters are not created
