Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) Data Load Fails With Errors: "Export terminated due to error in ODI Scenario step: 'Set ERPI Export flag to true'" (Doc ID 2196039.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform a data load in ARM. It fails with the error "Export terminated due to error in ODI Scenario step: "Set ERPI Export flag to true". Check the execution logs in the Oracle Data Integrator Studio Operator tab."

In the ODI Studio, when you click the EXPORTTOARM scenario (which can't be completed and consequently disrupts the ARM data load), additional errors are seen:

"ODI-1217: Session EXPORTTOARM (8033501) fails with return code 7000.
ODI-1226: Step Log Error and Delete records for all fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1232: Procedure Log Error and Delete records for all execution fails.
Caused By: org.apache.bsf.BSFException: exception from Jython:
