Symptoms

You've launched a command window and you wish to generate an EPM registry report. You issue the command (e.g., C:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\bin\epmsys_registry), but there is little or no additional output in the command window. It sits without returning to a prompt. The expected report file (typically named registry.html and generated under Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\diagnostics\reports) does not appear.
