OBIEE 11g: How to Suppress the "Process Ping Failed" Error Record into Opmn.log When Opmn Startup ?

Goal
When startup opmn using "opmnctl startall" command, you will see the following "Process Ping Failed" error messages output into <INSTANCE_HOME>\diagnostics\logs\OPMN\opmn\opmn.log log file until the processes become "Alive" status.
