Symptoms

You've launched Excel and connected to Disclosure Management via the add-in. In the repository, you select a Primary Document to open. The document does not open, and an error appears: "Error occurred when operating with storage". When you click OK, the document and contained doclets can no longer be seen in the repository. The issue only impacts one or more documents in the repository; others can be accessed without incident.
