Symptoms

When migrating security Access Permissions with LCM, the following errors are encountered:

/Security/Access Permissions/Groups/<group_name>:- Errors occured during syncrhonization: [Cannot delete the following users: <username>., The following user already exists in this application: <username>.]

An error occurred executing query SQL_DELETE_USER with parameters [xxxxxx][[java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-02292: integrity constraint (<SCHEMANAME>.FK_HSP_HJOB_ST_UID) violated - child record found
