Symptoms

While restoring a version from a back up file the following error occurred:

DRM-11501: An error occurred in the following action: Insert command. This occurred during an array insert operation on table RM_Access_Group_Prop_Local. Number of rows processed 0. Error details:
ArrayIndex: 0; Message:ORA-24381: error(s) in array DML

ArrayIndex: 1; Message:ORA-02291: integrity constraint (DRM_DB.FK_SECNODE03) violated - parent key not found
