Temp files like uix*.tmp files under the following folder are proliferating unnecessarily and may lead to performance issues.

<Middleware_home>\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\HFMWeb0\tmp\servers\HFMWeb0\tmp\_WL_user\FMADFWEB_11.1.2.0\hmgtu1\public

These files are generated during load operations.
